Team Lead - Healthcare Call Center
Remote – Must Reside Within a 2-Hour Radius of Dallas, TX
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $19-$21/hr DOE
• Start Date: November 2025 - project anticipated to last through March 2026
• Available to work an 8 hour shift between 7am-8pm
ROLE IMPACT
The Team Lead oversees and supports remote Benefit Verification Specialists, ensuring quality, productivity, and service level compliance. This role combines direct coaching, workflow monitoring, and issue resolution to keep teams on track while driving consistent, accurate benefit investigations. Success is defined by meeting performance benchmarks, maintaining high service standards, and fostering a motivated, collaborative team environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide daily instructions and coaching to team members processing benefit investigations
• Monitor task-specific job performance to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality control compliance
• Assist with training initiatives, including development of training materials for benefit verification processes
• Identify and escalate operational challenges, proposing solutions to leadership
• Maintain open communication and positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Perform benefit verifications as needed to support workload demands
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 2+ years’ experience in specialty pharmacy, medical insurance, reimbursement hub, healthcare administration, or related field preferred
• Prior benefit investigation experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, delegate tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote setting

• Web-based benefit investigation platforms
• CRM or patient services tracking systems
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Supervisory or leadership experience, especially in directing remote teams
• Ability to resolve associate performance or process issues effectively
• Experience creating training documentation and coaching materials
EQUIPMENT & WORK ENVIRONMENT
• Primarily seated work; occasional lifting of up to 10 lbs
• Standard home office noise levels
