They are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Full Stack Developer to join their team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in bringing innovative digital products to life from concept through launch by blending hands-on technical development with a strong design sensibility, strategic thinking, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.

Requirements / Who we are looking for:

• 3+ years of professional experience as a full-stack engineer or product developer.
• Strong proficiency in modern web technologies (e.g., React, TypeScript, Node.js, Ruby on Rails, or similar).
• Experience building and deploying cloud-native applications (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong understanding of responsive UI/UX principles and accessibility standards.
• Passion for clean, maintainable code and collaborative, agile workflows.
• Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Sketch) and an appreciation for visual polish.
• Experience with test automation frameworks and performance monitoring tools.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with mobile development (React Native, Swift, or Kotlin).
• Background in product analytics, A/B testing, or user research.
• Prior work in a startup or cross-functional product team environment.

Performance Objectives / What you'll be doing:

• Engineering:
  • Build and maintain web and mobile applications across the full stack (frontend + backend).
  • Design and implement scalable infrastructure and deployment pipelines (CI/CD, cloud platforms).
  • Ensure performance, security, and maintainability across systems and services.
• Design:
  • Collaborate with designers and product stakeholders to translate wireframes and user flows into polished, accessible UI/UX.
  • Contribute to visual design and help maintain a consistent brand experience across the product.
  • Influence interaction patterns to improve usability and product adoption.
• Strategy:
  • Work with Product Managers and Analysts to define features based on real user needs and data
  • Participate in roadmap planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and learning
• Testing:
  • Implement and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
  • Participate in manual QA when needed to ensure real-world quality.
  • Promote test-driven development and continuous deployment best practices.
