Location: 350 N Wolf Road, Mount Prospect, IL 60056
Pay: $21.91 per hour
Shift: Tuesday - Saturday from 3:00 AM to 9:00 AM. Hours subject to change based on the needs of the business.
Employment Logistics The Lead Package Handler / Warehouse Worker plays a crucial role in overseeing the offloading, loading, and sorting of packages for distribution in our warehouse. Our Lead Package Handlers are the ultimate team players. They work closely with Sort and Operations M anage rs to train new hires, support business metrics, and uphold company values.

The Must-Have s - High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- At least 1 year of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of both
- Previous leadership experience, highly preferred
- Regularly/frequently lift, push, pull 25 to 35 lbs. Occasionally carry up to 50 lbs. and occasionally push or pull up to 150 lbs. using a pallet jack or gaylords to transport large packages.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Your Mission In Motion - Supervise offloading and sorting incoming packages for distribution and/or prepare outgoing freight for delivery.
- Train sorters to perform assigned tasks safely and accurately .
- Provide continual feedback to sorters, both positive and negative.
- Inspect packages to make sure they are safe for truck transportation.
