Job Title: Quality Technician - FAI Reviewer Location: Lynn, MA 01905 (onsite) Pay Rate: $32.00-38.00/hour Area Code: 339, 781, 603 Shifts: 1st Full time, direct job with full benefits. #FAI #qualitytechnician #aerospacejobs Great matching candidates will have experience performing First Article Inspections, preferably within the aerospace industry. This role involves direct engagement with assembly operations, engineering documentation, and quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with AS9102 and customer-specific standards. Key responsibilities:

• Review FAIR Packages in compliance with AS9100 requirements.
• Identify and report nonconformances.
• Interpret and translate Engineering drawings.
• Support process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Two to five years of experience working with first article inspections and FAI report packages.
• Must have an ability to read blueprints.
• Familiarity with GD&T.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, technical environment.
• Aerospace industry experience preferred.
• Due to the nature of our work, US citizens required.

Desired but not required skills:

• Prior experience in aerospace or defense manufacturing.
• Familiarity with Teamcenter or similar PLM systems.
• Knowledge of root cause analysis and corrective action processes.
• Experience with continuous improvement initiatives.
