This role is key in preparing vehicles and surfaces for painting while supporting efficient workflow and maintaining the highest quality standards. Tuition Reimbursement Key Responsibilities: * Prepare vehicles for painting by sanding, masking, taping, polishing, and other prep work * Assist with the proper use and handling of cleaning solutions, thinners, paints, and sandpaper * Follow quality control procedures and ensure all work meets company standards * Wear a company-provided uniform and maintain a professional appearance * Follow all safety guidelines when operating equipment and handling materials * Keep the work area clean and organized * Safely operate vehicles as needed * Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications: * High school diploma or GED * 1 to 3 months of related experience or training (or equivalent combination of education and experience) * Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record We are an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE/M/F/D/V) and maintain a drug-free workplace.
