Manufacturing/Design Engineer
Read engineering drawings to create detailed BOMs, datasheets, control narratives, and documentation.
Collaborate with the Design team to ensure products are engineered for manufacturability and meet customer specifications.
Provide technical support for the design, layout, and evaluation of production equipment.
Work cross-functionally with QA, Materials, and other departments to resolve engineering and procurement issues.
Support NCRs (non-conformance reports), dispositions, and inspection/test plan development.
Research, design, and implement new equipment or product lines while ensuring compliance with engineering standards.
Ensure all work adheres to quality management systems, standards, and best practices.
Utilize SolidWorks and/or AutoCAD along with Microsoft Office (Excel expertise required) for design and documentation.
Apply strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Design Engineering required; 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, application, or design engineering preferred.
