Job Description

An IT Information Security Auditor job in Cincinnati, OH 45215 is currently available at Belcan working with one of our aerospace clients. To be considered for this role, you will need to have relevant experience in the Information Security or Information Assurance realms of Information Technology. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and accessing classified program environments to detect vulnerabilities and compliance issues while tracking remediation efforts. This is a very visible position that will work directly with the clients at multiples levels of the business.

JOB DUTIES

• Perform vulnerability assessment and compliance scans in various environments and track remediation activity
• Review automated security tools for security infractions, compliance, and general system availability.
• Perform weekly audits per JSIG requirements.
• Assist in the generation of ATO documents
• Inspection preparation and data transfer tasks
• Work with DOD security requirements to ensure JSIG and RMF regulations are implemented properly within a full stack

environment * Partner with other technical teams to creatively implement / improve technologies and processes and arrive at repeatable, deployable, and supportable solutions utilizing Lean and Agile principle

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 3 years of relevant Information Security / Cyber security experience, or similar military experience
• Background with Navy or other military environments or experience with JSIG, RMF, STIG or DOD 8500.2

• Must have a current 8570 certification commensurate with an IAM I (ISC2-CAP; SANS-GSLC; or CompTIA Security+)
• Must have a DoD Secret security clearance, with investigation date within the last five years
• Must be a US citizen
• Strong attention to detail, documentation, communication skills
• Must be able to work 100% onsite in Evendale, OH

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or similar degree program
• Familiarity to working knowledge of ServiceNow, Splunk, Nessus, SEPM, etc.

Compensation: We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary range of $70,000-$90,000. Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline.
