The Division of Behavioral Health and Recovery is seeking to hire a Health Information Associate for the Elizabeth Packard Mental Health Center located in Springfield, Illinois to plan, organize, prepare and maintain statistical and medical reports in accordance with accrediting and regulatory agencies. Establishes and updates medical files. Serves as liaison with court personnel regarding health information. Compiles, keyboards and distributes monthly statistical reports; reviews general procedures of the Department; files reports, forms and other related data.

Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm; 1-hour unpaid lunch
