About the Role

We are seeking a talented and passionate Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic engineering team. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both the front-end and back-end components of our web applications. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of software development principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. You will be involved in all stages of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, and deployment. Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of web applications.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement new features.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues across the entire stack.
  • Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest web development technologies and trends.
  • Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of our applications.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in full-stack web development.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React or Angular.
  • Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET.
  • Strong understanding of database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
  • Experience with RESTful API design and development.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
