Job Title: CRM Coordinator
Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated CRM Coordinator to join our client and play a vital role in supporting their healthcare operations. This 100% remote, contract position focuses on accurately maintaining and updating customer records, ensuring data integrity, and supporting account management processes within the CRM system.
Compensation:
• $19.00 per hour
Work Schedule:
• Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
• Schedule may vary slightly depending on time zone
Key Responsibilities of the CRM Coordinator:
• Process, evaluate, and input new account information into the system.
• Maintain accurate customer data and updates in the CRM platform.
• Manage licensing updates and ensure account compliance.
• Scan, categorize, and organize documentation into the digital filing system.
• Enter and update information across customer maintenance systems.
• Ensure all processes meet audit standards with accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform additional administrative and CRM-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills for the CRM Coordinator:
• Minimum of 6 months of related experience.
• Strong attention to detail with a customer-focused and security-conscious mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms required; AS400 experience is a plus.
• Ability to accurately interpret and process customer applications and data.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with effective verbal and written communication abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to follow established processes and deliver consistent results.
