We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic CRM and Salesforce Specialist to own the development, administration, and day-to-day functionality of our Salesforce platform. This role plays a vital part in partnering with our sales and marketing teams to enhance client engagement and deliver a refined, high-touch luxury experience. The ideal candidate will bring at least 3 years of hands-on CRM experience—preferably within the luxury retail or high-end services industry—and will serve as the internal subject matter expert on all things Salesforce.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary Salesforce administrator, responsible for daily management, configuration, and optimization.
• Partner with the sales team to ensure workflows, pipelines, lead tracking, and client follow-ups are efficient and consistently executed.
• Develop, maintain, and improve KPIs, dashboards, and reports tracking engagement and conversion in Salesforce, as well as email and SMS campaigns.
• Serve as the point person for Salesforce-related training, support, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with marketing and business operations to ensure a cohesive customer journey from lead to sale to post-purchase engagement.
• Monitor campaign, flow and transactional email and SMS performance and use data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns.
• Assist with segmentation, personalization, and campaign tracking.
• Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and user manuals.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce in a luxury retail environment.
• Demonstrated success in supporting sales teams through administration and strategy.
• Expert in Salesforce configuration, reporting, and user management (certification a plus).
• Experience integrating CRM tools with marketing or e-commerce platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to train and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Self-starter who can take ownership and drive continuous improvement.
• Experience in luxury, fashion, jewelry, or high-end services preferred.

Compensation:

• Salary range: $50,000- $70,000.
