Job Description

Compliance Inspector Location Remote in Fort Worth, TX : A Code Enforcement Specialist plays an active role in achieving long-term customersatisfaction in the context of Community Association relationships. Specific responsibilities will vary with designated communities and may include, but are not limited to: Inspecting properties for maintenance, landscaping, safety, and compliance issuesand accurately recording findings. Job Duties and Responsibilities Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Notify responsible parties of code issues given in writing, by phone,in person and electronically.
  • Respond to and investigate allegations of violations of codes todetermine validity of complaintsand the appropriate course of action to mitigate issues.
  • Investigate and enforce property codeswithin boundaries.
  • Schedule and perform systematic property maintenance inspections to maintainor achieve minimum property standards.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Duties include but are not limited to:

    • Knowledge of company policies, procedures and forms.
    • Knowledge of general maintenance requirements, (documentation,safety, required reporting, regulations, etc.)
    • Knowledge of OSHA worksite and personal safety requirements.
    • Knowledge of State or local governmental safety requirements.
    • Knowledge of architectural plans and/or drawings at a proficient level.
    • Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques at a proficient level.
    • Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
    • Professional customer service skills.
    • Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
    • Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
    Will report out of the North Richland Hills, TX office Requirements: Education and Experience
    • High School Diploma or GED Required
    • Associates Degree Preferred
    • 0 to 3 years of directly related or closely related experience
