Job Title: CNC Programmer Pay Rate:$38.00-$42.00/hour Location: Evendale, OH 45215 Area Code: 513 Shift: 1st Employment Type: Part Time (20 hours per week) #CNCProgramming #AerospaceManufacturing #SiemensNX Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to support advanced machining operations for aerospace components at our client site in Evendale, OH part time. This role involves the use of NX CAM software, probing routines, macros, and automation to drive efficiency and reduce errors in new program implementation. You'll collaborate closely with engineering and supply chain stakeholders to support manufacturing readiness and ensure successful integration of new programs into production. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement advanced NX CAM programs, including probing routines and macros, to improve efficiency and ensure error-proof machining.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to align programming output with production and engineering requirements.
• Operate both independently and collaboratively in a matrixed, team-based environment.
• Adapt quickly to evolving priorities while minimizing disruption to the ongoing production rhythm.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to identify and mitigate technical risks in new program development.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring quality and on-time delivery across deliverables.

Core Qualifications:

• Strong experience with Siemens NX, particularly in CAM programming, probing, and macro development.
• Proven ability to communicate across engineering, production, and supply chain teams.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-complexity manufacturing environment.
• Ability to multitask and manage several programming initiatives simultaneously.
• Familiarity with risk identification and mitigation within a production launch or NPI context.
• Due to the nature of the work US Citizen or Green Card Holder required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in aerospace or precision manufacturing
• Experience supporting new product introduction (NPI) or production transitions
• Understanding of quality standards and production readiness milestones
