Training commences on the daytime shift, transitioning you to night or late-night hours as required.

Your Contributions:

• Foster a safe, orderly workplace.
• Handle CNC setups for lathes, horizontal, vertical, and 5-axis mills seamlessly.
• Examine stock and layout to confirm component machinability.
• Maneuver CNC tools like vertical turning and horizontal boring mills with precision.
• Adapt and refine CNC programs to boost accuracy and productivity.
• Leverage mathematical acuity to calculate precise dimensions and tolerances.
• Assure the excellence of components through precision inspections.

Your Profile:

• GED or equivalent educational background.
• Certified as a PA State Approved Journeyman Machinist or Tool & Die Maker.
• Compliance with physical examination standards.
• Familiarity with G and M codes is an added advantage.
• Exceptional blueprint interpretation skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Extended standing, mobility, and manual handling tasks.
• Managing equipment/materials up to 70 pounds.
• Utilizing refined motor skills and keen eyesight for precision work.
