What You'll Do:
Lead fiscal planning and operations, ensuring financial health and sustainability.
Oversee IT, Finance, Central Supply, Revenue Cycle, and Patient Access departments.
Collaborate with executive leadership to drive strategic financial initiatives.
Develop and implement financial policies that promote efficiency and growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices.
Mentor and support department leaders to foster a culture of excellence and innovation.
What We're Looking For:
Education: Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including at least 5 years overseeing multiple programs.
Skills:
Strong expertise in healthcare financial management and revenue cycle operations.
In-depth knowledge of healthcare compliance, insurance billing guidelines, and financial regulations.
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to drive organizational success through strategic financial planning and decision-making.
Certification: CPA preferred but not required.
